Our 47 years of training managers has taught us that there is no single way of conveying knowledge. Accordingly, the programme uses a wide range of learning strategies that fully exploit the opportunities for active learning and pooling participants' knowledge and experience. The interaction between students and staff and the knowledge gained from the Faculty Team's tutoring are essential elements in a programme that lays the emphasis on co-operation. However these features are insufficient by themselves to inculcate the management skills required for daily decision-making. That is why the programme employs unique training approaches to ensure graduates are capable of leading projects.
