The Talent Journey is made up of three phases. Classes are designed to draw on faculty members’ own professional experience as well as situational case studies. All professors selected for the courses combine strong theoretical tools with practical experience. All courses will be designed in detail with the selected professor and the designated CWT expert.

It especially concerns the areas of strategic management and business policy. The concept is based on a simulation program, designed around the most relevant market variables, which can be adapted to suit the sector in which the organisation operates.

Objectives

The Strategic Business Simulation creates realistic surroundings and provides a global vision of the sector and its operators. In their role as senior executives, this exercise enables participants to gain managerial qualities and experience and to recognise their particular skills as a manager, entrepreneur and leader. At the same time, participants validate the importance of and the need for appropriate business management and consider the decisive impact resulting from the rigorous implementation of the right type of management.
