  • To provide executives with the tools and techniques to enable them to design and implement their strategy successfully.
  • To enable executives to realise their companies’ strategies by establishing strategic maps and developing scorecards, identifying and defining key performance indicators aligned with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
  • To evaluate and choose between different alternatives for deploying strategic indicators in operational indicators – up to individual indicators – and develop and prioritise projects or initiatives aligned with the strategy.
  • To enable executives to put the most appropriate recognition and reward system into practice in order to achieve their organisation’s goals.
  • To guarantee that executives increase their companies’ value through leading the design and implementation of the scorecard that best meets their business needs, and through successfully managing the associated change.
  • To ensure that executives are capable of maximising the effectiveness and efficiency of steering committees, through their approach to strategic and improvement issues.

This programme is suitable for executives in the service industry, manufacturing, the public sector and non-profit organisations. It is particularly aimed at  general managers, business owners, area managers and department directors from all business backgrounds, regardless of size.

The course is useful both for companies wishing to enhance implementation of their scorecards as well as for those who are considering their launch.

 

 

In this course participants will acquire the knowledge and tools necessary to:

  • Choose and define the key performance indicators linked to their current and future core business.
  • Understand the importance of the processes involved in strategy implementation.
  • Design and implement initiatives and projects according to strategic priorities.
  • Optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of steering committees.
  • Align the company's personnel with the strategy, managing any resistance to change that might be produced.
  • Increase security in managerial decision-making.
  • As a result, participating executives’ companies will increase the value generated and improve their competitive positioning.

 

Participants increase the value created by their companies by building management systems and indicators based directly on the strategic direction and growth objectives. They learn to identify cause-and-effect relationships that impact the organization's ability to generate results.
