- Develop the analytical, instrumental, and emotional skills which will allow consulting and coaching professionals to read and act in the complex organisational environment.
- Ground the professional practice of consulting and coaching on conceptual bases and models of organisational change.
- Enable the group of professionals participating in the programme to become a reference point and a source of support for the development of this role professionally, serving as a continued learning community.
- Gain confidence, broaden our perspectives, and experiment with our personal style to adapt it to the different situations, demands, and clients we encounter as a result of our professional practice.
- Become familiar with different models and work systems to analyse situations of change; and
- Build a network of consulting and coaching professionals to act as a reference point and support for professional development.
Since its foundation, ESADE has centred its strategy on being a leader in learning processes. The institution’s international prestige is explained, in part, by this concern.
We learn by experimenting and by conceptualising that experimentation. As such, learning activities are developed both inside and outside the classroom and are closely coordinated with the different phases of this learning.
ESADE faculty help participants create their own learning methodology, giving great importance to creating the conditions for the group of participants to become a learning community. This interest extends beyond the time spent in the classroom. We feel that this group of competent professionals with knowledge to share must continue beyond the class as a network of exchange and for mutual support.
